We were treated to the pinkest of meetings thanks to our fabulous chair Alison! 🩷🦩We had some excellent speeches from Richard & Gabriel and a few guests were brave and spoke in Table Topics.

But let's be honest, Bella's lamingtons were the real star of the show! 🥰✨

At our last meeting several of our members gave a new role a go! 💪 Richard was our meeting chair, Paulo did his ice breaker speech, and Gabriel was our general evaluator!

We also had Ana share tales from her quest to master English🐔 and David share a touching story of his friend in his speech title Funeral for a Friend.❤️

We're so lucky our members share their stories with us.

The first half of our next meeting is our Annual Business Meeting then we will move into prepared speeches and table topics - see you there! 👋

It was possibly our most colourful meeting last week! 💛
The theme was ✨YELLOW✨ and as you can see, we were spoiled by Marieke and her beautiful daffodil decorations! 🌼🌼🌼

Congratulations to our new member ⚽️Bella⚽️ for her icebreaker speech, and to Manuela, Evan, and Nat for their speeches!

There was a heated debate about pineapples on pizzas {gulp!} and Nat shared her love for butter. 🤤😆

Ever combine two meeting themes into one meeting? 😃 Due to a last-minute meeting chair change, the meeting theme blended Cats & Dogs and The Show Must Go On - and indeed it did! 💪

Marieke and Emily joined forces to co-chair the meeting, and we had two enlightening speeches from Akansha and Piper. Coincidentally, both speeches were about tech innovation! 📱💻

But if we're being honest, the true star of the night was Woolly Jumper's blueberry cheesecake - what a marvelous way to celebrate our club's 5th birthday! 🎂🎉
