As we welcome Matariki next week it's only fitting that Ponsonby Toastmasters welcomes in a new executive committee.

A huge thank you to last years committee and to all the hard work you've done and hours you've put in to making this the best club in Auckland, dare I say New Zealand?? 😃

You'll be hearing from Gabriel from now on as he steps into our VP of Public Relations role - you'll smash it sir! 💪

As for me, I'll be enjoying our meetings without holding a camera in peoples faces 🤣

If you're thinking of visiting our club why not see what we're about on our NEW website! https://ponsonbytoastmasters.org.nz/

We were treated to the pinkest of meetings thanks to our fabulous chair Alison! 🩷🦩We had some excellent speeches from Richard & Gabriel and a few guests were brave and spoke in Table Topics.

But let's be honest, Bella's lamingtons were the real star of the show! 🥰✨

Come along to our next meeting Thursday 4 June and see how Toastmasters can transform your confidence when public speaking! We're the friendliest bunch around town!

At our last meeting several of our members gave a new role a go! 💪 Richard was our meeting chair, Paulo did his ice breaker speech, and Gabriel was our general evaluator!

We also had Ana share tales from her quest to master English🐔 and David share a touching story of his friend in his speech title Funeral for a Friend.❤️

We're so lucky our members share their stories with us.

The first half of our next meeting is our Annual Business Meeting then we will move into prepared speeches and table topics - see you there! 👋
