Te Atatū Peninsula Community Centre A place for the community to come together and celebrate what is great about their neighbourhood!

Opened on the 15 November 2014 this multi-purpose facility houses a range of community programmes, spaces for hire and the library. Situated next to picturesque Jack Pringle Park the large glass doors and windows provide lots of natural light and the high ceilings give a real sense of space. Staff are committed to ensuring the facility is a destination hub where the community can come together to learn, grow, have fun and foster real community spirit.

Arohamai, e te whānau - if you're coming down to visit us today, please note that our main entry door is currently out of action. But never fear, you can still get in! You can take a lovely stroll through Jack Pringle Village Green and enter the library through our side doors, or head to the back of our building and come in through the car park entrance.

Our contractors are working as fast as they can to get us back up and running!

From Saturday 10 October, our library opening hours will be changing.

With the new hours taking effect over the weekend, you’ll notice the updated hours from Monday onwards. Please take a moment to check the new hours before your next visit so you know when we’ll be here for you. 💛

Join us for a morning of whānau friendly activities this school holidays, featuring an interactive and playful performance from the incredible Magician, Ari Phillips 🐰🎩✨

We'll also be spinning some beyblades with Drawzy and some of the team from Clash League NZ and learning how to make some awesome origami creations with our friend Kanayo from Ranui Library.

A little glimpse of the energy from our Waacking workshop - where rangatahi can move, express themselves, build confidence and have a whole lot of fun along the way.

This school holiday session is a beginner-friendly introduction to Waacking, exploring the roots of Punking and using movement as a way to connect, express and support your mental, emotional and physical wellbeing.

No dance experience needed. Just bring yourself and your energy!
