RC Chitwan was sponsored by Rotary Club of Patan with 33 Charter members. The Charter President of this club is Rtn. Bhusan who has been serving in the society since long ago with his classification of Edible Oil Production. As of 2023, the club has been chartered for 32 years, boasting numerous past presidents who played pivotal roles in establishing it as one of the best clubs in District 3292 N
epal-Bhutan. It is the glory of the club that Rotary Club Chitwan has sponsored other 8 Rotary clubs ,one Rotaract Club, numbers of Interact Club and one Spouse Club. Rotary Club of Chitwan is a vibrant club of the District 3292 in all avenues of the services till date. RC Chitwan has always been in best position in Club Administration and Public Relations whereas club has strong goals for development of members. RC Chitwan has been frequently awarded by the District officials for various service project. Furthermore, Rotary club of Chitwan has been contributing a considerable amount in The Rotary Foundation. Every Rotarian in this club is committed towards THE FOUR WAY TEST of the Things we think, say or do. Rotary Club of Chitwan has also been a major partner in Nepal for End Polio Now as well as various projects for Water and Sanitation likewise RC Chitwan has been conducting programs for Maternal and Child Health, Basic Education and literacy, Disease prevention and treatment, Peace and conflict resolution / prevention. Rotary Club of Chitwan has strongly adapted the RI Theme 2023-24 “CREATE HOPE in the WORLD”. The President of the club for the Rota Year 2023-24 is MPHF Rtn Chandreshwar Pd.
