每天的一餐一饭，都是孩子成长中的小小能量。我们持续调整早点与午餐，希望孩子吃得开心，也吃得均衡。
Every meal is a little source of energy for growing children. We continue to improve our breakfast and lunch menu so that the children can enjoy their food while receiving balanced nutrition.

看见孩子愿意尝试、慢慢吃完，就是我们最开心的“成长好食光”。💛
Seeing the children willing to try different foods and enjoy their meals is what makes these little food moments so meaningful. 💛

看不见的空气，怎样让纸屑动起来？
How does invisible air move paper?

空气看不见，但我们可以观察它带来的变化。扇动纸板时，周围的空气也跟着流动，气流便能推动轻轻的纸屑。
We cannot see air, but we can observe what it does. Fanning with cardboard sets the surrounding air in motion, and that moving air can push light pieces of paper.

陪陪孩子在日常生活中看一看、说一说。一个小小的变化，就能成为认识身边世界的起点。🌱
Take time to look and talk together—a small change can be a starting point for exploring the world. 🌱

"🍃 扇一扇，再扫一扫：纸屑游戏
Fan, then sweep: a paper scraps activity

一块纸板，能让地上的纸屑动起来吗？孩子们拿起纸板扇一扇，看着纸屑移动，再换上小扫把和畚斗，把纸屑慢慢扫拢、收起来。
Can a piece of cardboard move paper scraps on the floor? The children fanned the scraps with cardboard, watched them move, then used small brooms and dustpans to gather them up.

同样是纸屑，换一种工具，就有不一样的操作方法。从扇动到清扫，生活里常见的小工具，也能成为孩子动手探索的材料。
The same scraps offered different ways to explore with different tools. From fanning to sweeping, familiar everyday tools became part of a hands-on classroom activity.

在正化，游戏里的发现，也可以连接日常生活的小事。🌱
At Cheng Huah, discoveries through play connect with everyday life. 🌱

"🍜 剪出面条，装进我的小面杯
🍜 Paper noodles in a little cup

这次的小面杯里，装的是孩子们动手做的纸艺“面条”！纸条变成面条，食物图片添上颜色，再一起装进纸杯里，一份小作品就慢慢成形了。
These little cups hold paper noodles made during our craft activity! Paper strips became noodles, food pictures were coloured in, and the pieces came together inside paper cups.

从平面的纸张到立体的小面杯，孩子们把熟悉的食物带进创作中。剪一剪、摆一摆、放进去，每一步都让想法多了一点具体的样子。
From flat paper to a little three-dimensional creation, familiar food became inspiration for making. Cutting, arranging and placing the pieces helped bring an idea into view, one step at a time.

🥕 认识蔬菜与水果 Learning fruits and vegetables

今天，孩子们当起了小小采购员，把挑选好的蔬菜和水果图卡放进自己的篮子里，再为它们添上颜色。
Our little shoppers chose fruit and vegetable picture cards for their own baskets, then coloured them in.

上色之后，再为这些蔬果配上正确的名称。从挑选、上色到名称配对，孩子们透过亲手操作，一步步认识这些生活中常见的食物。
After colouring, the children matched each fruit and vegetable with its correct name. From choosing and colouring to matching names, they explored familiar foods through a hands-on activity.

一个小篮子，装着孩子们的选择，也串起了一次观察、创作与认字的小体验。🌱
A little basket brought together their choices—and a chance to observe, create and explore the names of everyday foods. 🌱

孩子哭的时候，先别急着说「不要哭」
When Your Child Cries, Don’t Rush to Say “Don’t Cry”

孩子哭的时候，很多大人第一反应都会说：“不要哭了。”
但对孩子来说，哭往往是在表达他正在经历一个难受的情绪。
When a child cries, our first reaction may be to say, “Don’t cry.”
But for a child, crying is often simply a way of expressing difficult feelings.

这时候，不妨先蹲下来，轻轻抱抱他，陪在身边。等孩子慢慢平静下来，再一起看看发生了什么、可以怎么做。
Instead, try getting down to their level, offering a gentle hug, and simply staying close. Once they feel calmer, you can work together to understand what happened and what to do next.

有时候，孩子需要的不是马上停止哭泣，而是先知道：“有人懂我，也有人陪着我。” 🌱
Sometimes, what children need most is not to stop crying immediately, but to know, “Someone understands me, and I’m not alone.” 🌱

一张张彩纸，一点点巧思，变成各有特色的荣誉勋章。🏅
Coloured paper, different shapes, and a little imagination—each honor badge has its own character. 🏅

这堂道德教育课，孩子们用自己的创意搭配形状与颜色，制作属于自己的小作品。
In our Moral Education lesson, the children combined colours and shapes to create their own badges.
