如何做孩子游戏中的“黄金配角”？
How Can Parents Be the “Golden Supporting Role” in Play?

陪孩子玩，不代表我们需要一直教、一直示范，更不需要替孩子完成。
Playing with children does not mean we need to constantly teach, demonstrate, or complete things for them.

有时候，家长最好的角色，是在旁边提供刚刚好的支持。
Sometimes, the best role a parent can play is to provide just enough support.

🌱 准备环境
准备简单、安全、容易取用的材料，让孩子能够自己开始探索。
🌱 Prepare the environment
Provide simple, safe, and accessible materials so children can begin exploring independently.

🌱 留出掌控权
让孩子选择怎么玩、先做什么、用什么方法。
🌱 Give them some control
Let children choose how to play, where to begin, and which ideas to try.

🌱 温柔提问
与其马上给答案，不如问：
“你觉得可以怎么做？”
“还有其他方法吗？”
🌱 Ask gentle questions
Instead of giving the answer immediately, try asking:
“What do you think we could do?”
“Can you think of another way?”

🌱 保持平衡
让积木、绘本、角色扮演、户外活动，与适量且有目的的数码使用取得平衡。
🌱 Create balance
Balance blocks, books, pretend play, and outdoor experiences with purposeful and moderate digital media use.

❤️ 好的陪伴，不是替孩子完成，而是在需要的时候给予支持，也在适当的时候退后一步。
❤️ Good support means knowing when to help — and when to step back and let children try.

🎈 跟着颜色动起来｜Move with Colours

孩子们的双手和双脚贴上不同颜色的贴纸。看到与手上或脚上相同颜色的气球时，就要用对应的手把气球放进圈里，或用对应的脚把气球推入圈中。
The children had different coloured stickers placed on their hands and feet. When they spotted a balloon that matched the colour, they used the corresponding hand to place it into the hoop, or the corresponding foot to push it inside.

🌱 在颜色配对与身体动作的过程中，孩子同时练习颜色辨识、身体协调、左右概念与反应能力，也学习耐心等待、一步一步完成任务。
🌱 Through colour matching and movement, children practise colour recognition, body coordination, left-right awareness, and quick responses, while also learning to be patient and complete the task step by step.

当孩子需要先观察颜色，再决定使用哪一只手或脚时，他们也在练习专注、判断、耐心与身体控制。
When children observe the colour first and then decide which hand or foot to use, they are also developing focus, decision-making, patience, and body control.

答案是：两种都重要。 The answer is: both matter.

🧸 自主自由游戏 Free Play
孩子自己决定怎么玩、和谁玩、怎么玩下去。
在这个过程中，他们学习合作、表达情绪、解决冲突，也逐渐发展自我调节能力。
🧸 Free Play
Children decide what to play, how to play, and who to play with. Through this process, they learn cooperation, emotional expression, conflict resolution, and self-regulation.

🧩 引导游戏 Guided Play
老师或家长设定一个学习方向，但仍然让孩子主动探索。
例如搭积木、分类、数数、模拟买卖，都可以帮助孩子建立数学、空间、语言与思考能力。
🧩 Guided Play
Teachers or parents provide a learning goal while allowing children to explore actively. Building blocks, sorting, counting, and pretend shopping can strengthen mathematical thinking, spatial awareness, language, and reasoning.

真正好的游戏式学习，不是大人完全放手，也不是大人一直告诉孩子答案。
Good playful learning is neither complete adult control nor complete adult absence.

🌱 给孩子自由，也给予适当的引导。
🌱 Give children freedom to explore, together with thoughtful guidance.

在道德教育活动中，孩子们两人一组，各自拉住绳子的两端，合力把纸杯慢慢移动起来。
看似简单的游戏，其实需要彼此配合、互相观察，也需要一起为同一个目标努力。
In this moral education activity, children worked in pairs, each holding two ends of the string, and cooperated to move the paper cup together.
Although the task looks simple, it requires teamwork, observation, and working towards a shared goal.

🌱 透过活动，孩子学习的不只是“完成任务”，更是在过程中学习合作、等待、沟通与调整自己的动作。
🌱 Through this activity, children are not only completing a task, but also learning to cooperate, wait, communicate, and adjust their movements together.

当孩子需要和伙伴一起完成一件事情时，他们会开始学习倾听、配合与体谅。

孩子们用夹子把木块一个一个夹起、搬运，再放进指定的圈圈里。看似简单的动作，其实需要手指力量、稳定控制和专注配合。
Using tongs, the children picked up wooden blocks one by one, moved them carefully, and placed them into the designated hoops. This simple activity requires finger strength, controlled movement, and concentration.

🌱 透过“夹、移、放”的过程，孩子练习小肌肉发展，也建立手眼协调与动作控制能力。
🌱 Through picking, moving, and placing, children strengthen their fine motor skills while developing hand-eye coordination and motor control.

玩游戏 = 浪费时间？大错特错！
Is Play Just a Waste of Time? Absolutely Not!

对幼儿来说，玩耍并不是学习之外的“休息时间”，而是学习真正发生的重要方式。
For young children, play is not simply a break from learning — it is one of the most important ways learning happens.

当孩子在游戏中主动参与、专注投入、理解真实意义，并与他人互动时，他们正在练习思考、沟通、解决问题，也慢慢建立自我调节能力。
When children are actively engaged, focused, learning through meaningful experiences, and interacting with others, they are developing thinking, communication, problem-solving, and self-regulation skills.

比起单纯记住答案，我们更希望孩子能够在体验中理解，在尝试中发现。
Rather than simply remembering answers, we want children to understand through experience and discover through trying.

❤️ 会玩，不是浪费时间；会玩，是在为学习打基础。
❤️ Play is not wasted time. It builds the foundation for learning.
