The WCIC team recently met with key representatives from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) to discuss potential collaborative opportunities and present our core initiatives.

We were honored to engage with Shannon Cowlin (ADB Country Director), Manohari Gunawardhena (Senior Financial Sector Specialist), Uresha Walpitagama (Senior Financial Sector Officer), Hasitha Wickremasinghe (Lead Economics Officer), and Ranmini Vithanagama (Social Development Officer - Gender).

Following our discussion, we officially handed over our C190 Policy Action Paper to the Country Director, reinforcing our commitment to policy advocacy and workplace equity.
