Last duty, final public address, in the capacity of the APQO President, concluding APQO’s mega event, 28th APQO International Conference & Awards Ceremony, in Kathmandu, Nepal, a few weeks ago. Today marks the end of one chapter in my professional life, two terms/four years as the APQO President. These four years have been the most difficult time faced by all of us with so many challenges. Thank you APQO members for believing in me to navigate these testing times. Thank you APQO for the opportunity to serve as the first Lady President (also as the first President from a South Asian country) of this prestigious International Professional Body in Quality pioneered by Quality Gurus, with Prof. Kaoru Ishikawa (Japan) & Dr H. James Harrington (USA) as the first Presidents. I wish to express my sincere gratitude to everyone who supported me continuously during my tenure as the President of APQO (www.apqo.global).
