For , it wasn’t just the beauty of Tuscany that stood out. It was seeing young people growing food, learning practical skills, reconnecting with nature, moving their bodies, asking meaningful questions, and rediscovering something that modern life often takes away: a connection with themselves.

At The Transmission School, learning doesn’t stop in the classroom.

It happens in the garden, around the table, during Qigong practice, in community, and in conversations about what it means to live well in a fast-changing world.

How do you help your heart stay aligned with what it is grateful for?

This week, reminded us that gratitude is not only a feeling. It is a practice of attention.

Many people know Lee as a master of Qi Gong, but fewer know the depth of his relationship with tea. Through a simple tea ceremony, he offered our students something much greater than a beautiful drink: a moment of complete presence.

A sincere apology to tea lovers and tea masters everywhere for our rather improvised collection of Tuscan ceramic cups. We did our best with what we had! 😊 But somehow, the teaching arrived anyway.

Thank you, Lee, for reminding us that stillness is something we can cultivate, one breath, one sip, one moment at a time. 🍵🤍

Designed for those in a moment of transition, looking for more clarity, depth and direction, and ready to step into a new way of living and learning.
