If you ask Pushpa where she learned what she knows, she probably won’t give you the answer you expect.

She’ll tell you about Olema, the neighbour who taught her the land without ever calling it a lesson. About picking grapes at 19 to buy a ticket to India. About learning by cooking, working, travelling and living alongside people.

Years later, together with Vito, Hanako and Fabrizio, those experiences became The Transmission School.

The Transmission School offers a 6-week immersive programmes in Tuscany, Italy, for people drawn to personal growth, embodied learning, conscious living and inner transformation.

Designed for those in a moment of transition, looking for more clarity, depth and direction, and ready to step into a new way of living and learning.

, 3 years ago, during her sabbatical year, came to The Transmission School without really knowing where it would lead.

After participating in 14 immersive weeks, one thing led to another, and she found the courage to open herself up to a completely different range of possibilities for her life.

Recently, we met her again, and seeing the person she has become, while still continuing to evolve was pure joy.

What makes our hearts happy is knowing that it all started here. 🌱

unlearning the conditioning

I’ve broken many patterns, and I’ve learned that once you break one, it becomes a little easier to question what is going to be the next you’ll end up to endure 😓

Every time, it’s a choice: stay where you are, or evolve.

And honestly, doing that inside an environment like The Transmission School makes it much easier. Not always easy (plenty of confrontation) but easier.

If you’re also questioning some of the patterns you’ve inherited and looking for a fresh perspective, follow along. 🌱

Hanako brings every morning each of the students of The Transmission School into her practice.

She spends more time correcting Wu Chi than teaching a sequence. Because if you cannot stand with ease, everything that follows is built on tension.
