With the Lend A Hand India’s Student Internship programme, students like Ashok gain early exposure to real workplaces and get a head start in preparing for successful careers.

Thank you, Micron Foundation, for creating such opportunities, and for the volunteers who bring these spaces to life through their time and engagement, and iCreate for providing a space where school students could learn and innovate!

On 6th March, we visited 4 employers to present Appreciation Certificates and recognize their valuable support.
It was wonderful to see how much the employers appreciated this recognition. One employer even expressed interest in delivering a guest lecture to inspire our interns.
We also saw inspiring progress at the workplaces - at one shop, an intern is confidently managing the shop and guiding new interns, while at another place, interns have now been absorbed as full-time employees.
Moments like these are truly motivating and remind us why this journey matters. Looking forward to completing all 24 employer visits soon. 🙌

Twenty years ago, we began advocating for something that sounded idealistic--connecting education to livelihood.

And today, as we move into this new year, our resolve has only been stronger.

To everyone who has lent their head, heart and hands to our cause, we wanted to thank you.

Everyone who supported us when the path wasn't clear, who stayed with us through two decades of advocacy, implementation, and impact. Your belief sustained us. Your collaboration amplified our impact. Your commitment gives us courage for the next 20 years.
