Seeing the corporate world up close can change how young women students visualize their future.

Female students from the Campus to Tech-Enabled Financial Careers (C2FC) program in Mumbai, supported by M&G Global Services, recently visited the M&G Global Services India office, where they experienced the workplace beyond the classroom and interacted with professionals from the M&G team.

Meet Kartik Kini, Board Member, TNS India Foundation.

Through his association with the organisation, Kartik has developed a close view of its on-ground impact. At TNS Circle, his interactions with youth and farmers reaffirmed what he has consistently observed over time.

He points to the confidence among participants, the strength of skills built by young students, and the quality of outcomes. For farmers, this is reflected in the improved quality of produce.

Over the years, TNS India Foundation has delivered over ₹800 crore in direct benefits, reaching more than 80,000 youth, farmers, and women entrepreneurs, while also building profitable farmer-producer companies.

For Kartik, what stands out is the organisation’s commitment to building for Bharat through strong leadership and focused ex*****on.

Corporate volunteering can be a powerful way to connect with communities and understand initiatives shaping change on the ground.

In collaboration with M&G Global Services Private Limited, a volunteering initiative under the SPARK (Sustainable Program For Agriculture Resilience and Knowledge) Project brought M&G volunteers to Raipur village in Palghar.

During the visit, volunteers learned about community initiatives such as solar water pumps, crop diversity efforts, kitchen gardens, and vermicompost beds, gaining insight into sustainable rural practices.

The experience also included hands-on activities - Warli painting, preparing Jeevamruth for sustainable farming, and painting a school wall to create a more vibrant learning space for students.

We thank M&G Global Services Private Limited for their continued partnership and commitment to supporting community-driven initiatives.

Strengthening Industry-Academia Linkages for Future-Ready Youth Employability

TNS India Foundation brought together 30 college leaders, including Principals and Placement Officers, and 16 leading Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance employers on one platform in Bangalore to bridge the gap between campus aspirations and industry expectations.

The dialogue focused on reframing perceptions around entry-level roles in the BFSI sector, identifying critical skill gaps and certification needs, strengthening student onboarding readiness and employment-related documentation processes, and co-creating a practical roadmap to enhance skilled talent employability.

This initiative is supported by Capgemini, reinforcing a shared commitment to building a strong, future-ready talent pipeline.

More than a discussion, this engagement reflected a collective commitment to strengthening industry–academia partnerships and improving career outcomes for youth.
