Driving the future of green skilling in Rajasthan!

We are thrilled to sign an MoU with the Directorate of Skill, Employment & Entrepreneurship (DSEE), Rajasthan, to power up the state's manufacturing and green manufacturing workforce.

Launching in Jaipur and Sikar, with plans to scale pan-Rajasthan next year, this partnership equips ITI youth for the future. We are seamlessly integrating hands-on green and employability skills directly into their curriculum to create a direct talent pipeline for high-demand jobs.

The MoU was formally signed by Mr. Munish Kumar Sharma (Director, DSEE Rajasthan) and Ms. Rupa Bohra (Managing Director, TNS India Foundation) in the distinguished presence of Mr. Rishav Mandal, IAS (Commissioner, DSEE Rajasthan).

A huge thank you to DSEE Rajasthan for partnering with us to drive this systemic change, and to our donor partners for their vital support. Together, we are building a workforce ready for sustainable economic growth!

From classrooms to careers.

Throughout the 2025–26 academic year, TNS India Foundation's C2FC employability program worked to connect aspiring young professionals with formal sector employment opportunities.

For many young women entering the workforce, the biggest challenge is not ambition, but access; access to industry exposure, practical skills, and the confidence to step into formal careers.

In Telangana, 274 women were trained through skilling initiatives supported by VFS Global and implemented by TNS India Foundation, with 231 women securing formal sector employment across diverse industries.

Under the Campus to Tech-Enabled Financial Careers (C2FC) Program, 75 women were trained for careers in the financial services ecosystem, while the Campus to Industrial Careers (C2IC) Digital Skills Program equipped 199 women with digital and workplace readiness skills aligned to evolving industry needs.

We thank VFS Global for supporting pathways that help young women transition from learning to long-term careers.

We have some exciting updates from Dhule, Maharashtra!

TNS India Foundation and BGM Foundation are teaming up for BGM Foundation SETU Project, a 3-year initiative bridging agriculture, livestock, and livelihood systems for tribal farming households in Sakri Block, Dhule.

On the ground, we are working to improve crop productivity, secure water conservation, and boost animal welfare.

To ensure these gains lead to long-term prosperity, we are helping farming households diversify their income through local enterprise development, stronger Farmer-Producer Organisations, and targeted support for women's collectives and youth entrepreneurs.

By building leadership at the grassroots, local farmers become true agents of change, driving their own lasting community growth.

We are incredibly grateful to BGM Foundation for partnering with us to drive this sustainable transformation.

When farmers grow strong, communities grow stronger.

342 farmers came together at Samundi village, Trimbakeshwar under Project ShetiSanjeevani for a Farmer Engagement Workshop and the inauguration of the Kamodini FPC Shop, supported by Bosch India Foundation and implemented by TNS India Foundation.

Through training sessions and field demonstrations, farmers strengthened their understanding of sustainable farming practices including organic farming, agroforestry, drip irrigation, livestock care, and improved cultivation techniques.

The inauguration of the FPC Shop marked a significant step towards building stronger local support systems for farming communities in the region.

We thank Bosch India Foundation for being true partners in economic transformation.
