Let’s invest in their potential today, so that they can become our scientists, politicians, sportspeople, journalists and teachers of tomorrow.

We’ve all thought about running a marathon at some point. Some of us have been running for years, some are waiting to run their first, and some are still thinking, “Maybe this year?” 😄🏃‍♀️

So here’s a reason to finally go for it, run for something bigger than the finish line.

On 18 October 2026, CRY - Child Rights and You, and Vedanta are coming together at the Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon to help more children get the opportunity to go to school, learn and build a brighter future. 💛

Come for the run. Stay for the energy. And run knowing that your miles can help a child get closer to a classroom.

Run with CRY. Run for every child. 🏃‍♂️✨

Would you give your house keys to someone you’ve never met just because they seem friendly? 🔑

Probably not. But online, we can sometimes give strangers access to much more, our personal information, photos, conversations and trust simply because they seem nice or familiar.

For children especially, it can be difficult to know who is really behind a screen. A friendly profile doesn’t always mean a trustworthy person.

So before accepting a request, sharing something personal or trusting someone online, Ting Tong! 🔔 Take a pause.

Ask yourself: Do I really know who I’m trusting?

Because staying safer online starts with thinking before you trust. 💛

Not everything we see online is true. A post can look convincing, a message can feel genuine and a video can seem completely real. But before you trust what you see, take a moment to think.

Check where it came from. Question what you’re seeing. Look for what might be missing. Because not everything online deserves your trust.

🔔 Ting Tong! Take a pause before doing anything online. A small pause can help children think before they trust, share or act on something they see online.

Because staying safer online starts with thinking before you trust. 💛

🏑 Hockey for Her: When a girl finds her game, she finds her voice.

This World Adivasi Day, girls from the rural grounds of Khunti step onto the district tournament’s Astro Turf with dreams that go far beyond the field.

For many of them, hockey has become more than a sport. It has given them a space to build confidence, discover their strengths, dream bigger and be seen for what they can achieve.

The district tournament is just one step in their journey. What matters is that they have the opportunity to play, compete and imagine a future on their own terms.

They play for themselves. And for every girl still waiting for her chance to take the field. 🏑💛

“कितने आदमी थे?” 👀
ऑनलाइन कोण आहे, खरं कोण आणि फेक कोण - कळतंय का?

A profile can look real, a message can sound friendly, and a link can seem harmless, but not everything we see online is what it seems.

So before you click, share, reply or trust someone online, Ting Tong! 🔔 Take a pause.

Because a little caution can go a long way in keeping children safer online. 💛

15/08/2026

Every child deserves to learn, explore, connect and express themselves in a safe environment online and offline. 💙

A big thank you to Vikrant Massey for speaking about the importance of keeping children safe online and helping bring more attention to a conversation that affects children every day.

As the digital world becomes a bigger part of childhood, creating safer online spaces is something we all have a role to play in.

Because children deserve to experience the possibilities of the internet without compromising their safety.

Take a pause and think about that.

The morning of 15th August belongs to all of us. 🇮🇳

Under the same tricolour, every child carries dreams and endless possibilities.

This Independence Day, let’s help every child dream boldly, learn freely and grow into everything they can be. 💛

Because every empowered child shapes a stronger India.

Happy Independence Day! 🧡🤍💚

“Main apni favourite hoon.” 💛
So, I pause before I click. 🔔

Because being your own favourite also means looking out for yourself online.

Ting Tong! 🔔 A simple reminder to pause, think and make a safer choice before you click, share or respond.

For children growing up online, that one small pause can help them stay safer while they learn, explore and connect. 💙

🔔Ting Tong! Got a minute? Take a pause.

What if that minute could help a child make a safer choice online?

Through Cyber Smart Heroes, volunteers bring real conversations about the digital world into classrooms, helping children understand what to share, what to question and when to pause if something doesn’t feel right.

Already, 1.10 lakh+ students across 300+ schools in 30+ cities have joined the conversation. Now, we’re looking for more Cyber Smart Heroes to help us take it further.

Bring your time. Bring your ideas. Bring your network.

Let’s make pausing a habit for more children.

How well do we understand the digital world children are growing up in?

From the games they play and content they watch to the trends and language they use, children’s online experiences are constantly evolving. We took these questions to the public to see how well we’re keeping up.

But beyond the games, trends and slang lies a more important question: do we understand the risks children may face online, and are we doing enough to keep them safe?

Watch our Vox Pop and see how many answers you can get right. 🔔💙
