What does it mean to nurture the kind of leadership we need for the world we want?
For the past nine years, the One Future Fellowship has been a space for young feminists and social justice leaders across South Asia to find community, deepen their politics, build their practice and imagine what change can look like.
We created the Fellowship because we believe that social change needs more than good ideas. It needs people who are willing to question oppressive systems, build alternatives and stay committed to the long work of creating more just and equitable communities.
The Fellowship is also about finding a political home: a space where you can meet others who share your commitment to social justice, learn from people with different experiences, be challenged in your thinking, and know that you are not doing this work alone.
This year, we’re opening applications for the 10th cohort of the One Future Fellowship.
We’re looking for people who are passionate about a feminist and socially just future and want to spend six months learning, reflecting, building and taking action alongside others across South Asia.
The Fellowship brings together people across caste, religion, disability, geography and other lived experiences. Building this diversity is a work in practice for us, and something we continue to learn from and strengthen each year.
Applications are open from 25 September to 25 October 2026.
