SATTVA INDIA - Social enterprise project initiated by Ramakrishna Sarada Samiti NGO to promote crafts based training & financial security to underserved women. SATTVA INDIA is a women's tailoring collective grown out of disadvantaged communities in Sion Koliwada and powered by RKSS, Ramakrishna Sarada Samiti- NGO working for five decades in slum communities of Mumbai. SATTVA stands for Street Artisans and Trained Tailors Vocational Association.The tailors are trained and empowered with machines and provide tailoring home services in housing societies in Mumbai through the SATTVA- Connect, a WA group for services.
