मथुरा के कई मरीज आज भी केवल जानकारी के अभाव में समय पर डायलिसिस नहीं करा पाते। इसी जागरूकता को बढ़ाने के उद्देश्य से Anjana Foundation Public Charitable Trust (AFPCT) ने Project Sneha की शुरुआत की है।

इस वीडियो में डॉ. दीपक चतुर्वेदी जिला अस्पताल मथुरा की डायलिसिस यूनिट का दौरा करते हैं, मरीजों, उनके परिवारों और स्वास्थ्यकर्मियों से बातचीत करते हैं तथा नियमित डायलिसिस, सही खान-पान और समय पर इलाज का महत्व बताते हैं।

Project Sneha का उद्देश्य

डायलिसिस मरीजों तक सही जानकारी पहुँचाना।
किडनी डायलिसिस या किडनी ट्रांसप्लांट का इंतज़ार कर रहे मरीजों तक जिला अस्पताल की उपलब्ध सुविधा की जानकारी पहुँचाना।
डायलिसिस मरीजों को आवश्यक सपोर्टिव मेडिकेशन एवं न्यूट्रास्यूटिकल्स उपलब्ध कराने का प्रयास करना।
मरीजों को नियमित उपचार जारी रखने के लिए प्रेरित करना।
