REMINDER our Language Café is tomorrow! ☕🗣️🌍

The last couple of evenings have been really lovely, with great conversations and a fantastic mix of people, so we're looking forward to doing it all again.

Come along to Blousers, Westport from 6:00–7:30 PM to practise your Spanish, Portuguese, French, English or Irish in a relaxed and friendly setting.

Whether you're a regular or thinking of joining for the first time, you'll be very welcome.

📣 As part of Men's Health Week 2026, a special community event promoting men's health, wellbeing and social connection will be held next Tuesday 16th June at Westport United Park. (10am–11.30am).

Free event featuring health checks with Croí, info stands, walking football and refreshments. A great chance to connect, learn and take steps towards better health and wellbeing. All men are welcome!

🪻This year's Clew Bay Garden Trail brochure🪻
This Sunday June 14th 2-6pm The Water Garden in
Derrintaggart, Newport (F28 HT71) will be open to the public in aid of FND Ireland and The Irish Cancer Society.
🪷 This garden has many water features, tropical plants and a new stumpery and glasshouse. Tea, coffee and cake will be served in the adjoining Art Studio. Parking is limited so car pooling is encouraged.

🍲 We'd LOVE if you'd bring a dish to share – a family favourite or something you love – but please don't worry if you can't. We'll have food, so just bring yourself. Everyone is welcome.

📸🌊 Photography Walk and Talk 🌊📸

Join us for this month's Photography Walk and Talk at Old Head Beach, where we'll be exploring the shoreline at low tide with a special guest: a local Marine Biologist who'll share insights into the fascinating natural environment found along the coast.

Whether you're an experienced photographer, completely new to it, or simply looking for a relaxed walk and good conversation, you're warmly welcome. Bring a phone or camera, comfy shoes, and your curiosity.

📍 Meet opposite the main car park at the entrance to Old Head Beach.

Everyone is welcome — come for the photography, the nature, the community, or all three.

Upcoming events from Mayo Autism Camp 🌞

☀️ Exciting summer plans are coming up with Mayo Autism Camp!

From June 29th, families can enjoy 4 weeks of summer activities, followed by a 2-week Family Camp starting July 28th. There’s also a 2-week Erris Camp from August 11th, plus surfing camps, horse riding, and youth club activities throughout July & August. 🌊🐴🎉

Summer is almost here and we are looking for donations for our School Uniform Bank, please!

All local Primary & Secondary school uniforms in good condition welcome. Crested school jumpers particularly appreciated. No other clothes, shoes or bags please.

Donations can be dropped to our office on The Fairgreen or left in our porch Monday-Friday 9.15am-5pm. We will also leave a container outside the office for anyone who wants to donate outside office hours (please put items in a waterproof bag).
