March is Lymphedema Awareness Month.

I've been trying for years to figure out ways to reach more people so others who have it can understand more what it is they go through and educate the general public that there is so much more to this than just swelling.

Ideas are welcome! We're all in this together ❤️

I run around like a madwoman in the morning because I never know exactly when that point of no return will hit. If you have lymphedema, you get me.

When it hits, I've learned (through many misses 🤣) I have no choice but to stop. If I keep going, it will take me 5 times as long to do whatever I need to do and I tend to make mistakes because I can't think clearly.

Some days I can lie down for a half hour and I'm good to go, other days I need 2 hours. Make sure to listen to your body and know that if you take a break, you're going to have a lot better of a day than if you don't.
