🥳🥳Try a class on us this term🥳🥳
If there is availability in your area, we would love to welcome your child along!

Our summer term is always such a lovely one 😍

The days feel a little freer, routines can slip, and having one fun, positive class each week can give children a really nice bit of structure, movement and something to look forward to 😊

It is a great time to let them give RINKA a try, meet new friends and enjoy all the energy and fun that comes with our classes 💚

Doogarymore’s 2,400-year-old wheel is one of Roscommon’s most remarkable discoveries — uncovered in 1969 when brothers John and Richard Mooney were cutting turf with a sléan in a Doogarymore bog.

After a similar find the year before disintegrated, they knew to protect this wheel with peat and straw until Dr A.T. Lucas of the National Museum arrived to bring it to Dublin. Later dated to c. 400BC, the wheel is regarded as Ireland’s oldest wheel technology and is now on permanent display in the National Museum (Kildare Street, Dublin). A replica can also be seen at Kilteevan Community Centre. National Museum of Ireland Kilteevan Community Development Group
