☕💜 We are hosting our monthly volunteer-led coffee morning at the on Wednesday 5th August!

Come along for a friendly chat, a chance to catch up, and hopefully make some new friends in a warm and welcoming space. 😊

Our daughters , Amber(age 7) and Jessica(age 12)are cutting their hair (12/13inches) to donate to little Princess Trust (wigs for Kids in need) and we're so proud of them for doing something so kind.

We're also holding a fundraising event in aid of the Irish Kidney Association, a cause that is very close to our hearts, on Friday evening, 24th July, in Faha Court.

We would be so grateful if you could donate as every donation, big or small, will help make a difference.

Every woman running for in the Vhi Women's Mini Marathon is carrying more than a race number, she’s carrying a story 💜

We are so deeply grateful for every woman lacing up her runners for the . They’ve put in the miles, made time between work, family and life, and now all that’s left is to show up on the day and give it their all🏃‍♀️✨

Many are running because kidney disease has touched their own lives or the life of someone they love. Their steps help fund the IKA’s counselling, patient support, holidays, advocacy and support services for kidney patients and their families across Ireland.

If you’re able, they would really value your support. Every donation, big or small, helps us make life a little more comfortable for those living with kidney disease.
