Sometimes we all need a little support, a friendly conversation or someone to point us in the right direction.

You don't have to be facing a crisis to reach out to your local Family Resource Centre (FRC).

Depending on your local centre, you may find:

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Parenting and family support

🌱 Wellbeing and personal development programmes

📚 Community education and learning opportunities

💬 Free or low-cost counselling and emotional support

🤝 Information, practical guidance and connections to other local services

Whether you're looking to meet new people, learn something new, find support for your family or simply find out what's happening in your community, your local FRC is a good place to start.

What a Fun Afternoon finishing off the term for Brick Club, with lots of spooky creations, dancing and FUN! 👻🎃

All the children bring so much to the group each week developing and exploring lots of key skills; team work. communication, problem-solving, resilience, creativity as well as fine motor skills.

It has been a brilliant term, back for another 6 week term, on a new day of Wednesdays from the 11th November.

Today is October 15th Babyloss Awareness Day

At 7pm we remember and honour all babies gone too soon Feileacain Wave of Light

Feileacain have our candle lighting in solidarity with all of the families on this journey of loss 💔
It is a journey no one should have to face ,the loss of a child is a loss like no other

Newly bereaved ,long ago or somewhere in the middle we walk along side you in your loss ,and hope that on days like this we can raise awareness and celebrate all our beautiful children openly together 🦋

We do not need a special day to remember our babies as we do it every day .However days like October 15th encourage our family ,friends and the wider community remember them with us .

Join us in this wave of light that illuminates our eternal love for our children 🕯️Share your baby's name as we celebrate and honour them tonight and always 🫶
