🧰 FRC Staff Recommendations of the Week
Supporting Anyone Experiencing Financial Pressure
Our FRCs know that September can bring a whole different set of financial challenges for individuals and families. With children returning to school, seasonal expenses and household costs continuing to rise, this can be a particularly difficult time for anyone already experiencing financial pressure.
Knowing where to find accurate information and appropriate support quickly can make a real difference.
Here are some trusted services and resources recommended by FRC staff that you may find useful:
🏠 Family Resource Centres
Family Resource Centres provide community based support to individuals and families. Depending on the local FRC, supports may include family support, information, help filling out forms, signposting, practical supports and help connecting with other services in the community.
