A HUGE THANK YOU TO THE FANTASTIC TEAM AT TPX!
Last week, we were so happy to welcome nine wonderful volunteers from TPX to Brú Columbanus, who generously gave up their time to help us around the house.
TPX is a company that helps businesses with their technology needs, from keeping computer systems running smoothly and securely to providing phone and internet services. But last week, their team swapped computers and technology for cleaning supplies, hoovers and gardening tools!
And what a fantastic job they did!
The team carried out a complete deep clean of our kitchen, helped with housekeeping and hoovering throughout the building, and even found time to put some finishing touches to our garden and fencing.
They worked incredibly hard throughout the day, and we genuinely couldn't be happier with the results. The place is looking better than ever!
As a charity providing free accommodation for families with loved ones in Cork hospitals, having a clean, comfortable and welcoming home is so important to us. Volunteer days like this make an enormous difference, helping us maintain the house to the highest standard while allowing us to focus our resources on supporting the families who need us.
To all nine volunteers and everyone at TPX who helped make the day possible, thank you so much. Your hard work, enthusiasm and generosity were greatly appreciated by everyone here at Brú.
