Wondering what to do this weekend? Why not check out Stimphony, part of the festival - from lead artists Al Bellamy and Aoife King, created with a range of artistic collaborators and partners, described by the team as "a new theatrical-symphonic engagement with Neurodivergent experiences through movements inspired by body-memory, emotional regulation and personal growth".

How does it feel to be us? More importantly, how does it sound? How do we hear Joy? Fear? Pride? Grief? There is music in all of us, and melodies come from surprising places.

Join us for a relaxed, guided movement practice drawing from somatic approaches, including Body-Mind Centering and elements of Authentic Movement. We’ll explore simple ways of arriving into the body through breath, sensation, and attention, with an emphasis on curiosity rather than performance.

Participants can expect a mix of guided explorations and space for individual movement, with optional moments for reflection. The session will be accessible and adaptable, with invitations rather than instructions, so people can engage at their own pace and according to their own needs.
