ADHD Ireland - Cork ADHD Ireland’s mission is to make life better for people affected by ADHD.

We provide information, resources and networking opportunities to individuals with ADHD, parents of children with ADHD and the professionals who serve them. ADHD affects up to 5% of children and the majority will experience symptoms as adults. As ADHD is very treatable, ADHD Ireland works to help such people fulfill their potential. We have 250 approximately members but provide direct support to approximately 1500 more annually while our website visits number 50,000 annually!

ADHD Ireland Cork has exclusive use of the National Esports Centre in Cork City for one evening, for young people aged 14–17.
Fortnite, Minecraft, Rocket League, F1 and plenty more to choose from. A relaxed, supportive space where your teen can meet other young people with ADHD over something they already love, with no pressure to talk or perform.

A huge thank you to Una Sheehy, Senior Occupational Therapist with Way Ahead Therapy, for last night's 'ADHD and Food' workshop! 🍎🍪 So many practical, realistic tips on the everyday challenges ADHD can bring to eating, from routines and planning to sensory needs at mealtimes.
