Did you know that Dogs for the Disabled is the only charity in Ireland training assistance dogs for children just like Nisha, with your support we can train many more assistance like Pheonix. Children living with conditions such as cerebral palsy, ataxia, muscular dystrophy, spina bifida to name just a few and each dog is trained to meet a child’s specific needs to improve their independence.. With 30 enquiries a week the demand is huge far beyond our means. We’ve no highly paid marketing team, radio ads or billboards advertising, we direct all our funds and energy towards training as many dogs as we can to help those most in need. You can help us with free marketing by sharing or commenting on any of our posts that you like and tag your friends. “Use your platform to help another this weekend, together we are stronger” www.dogsfordisabled.ie THANK YOU 💜 Jennifer ceo & founder

Today we had a great time at Susie’s school, Christ the King Secondary School in Cork. The first year students held a fundraiser in aid of Dogs for the Disabled which Susie nominated us for. All the girls loved Treasure (Susie’s dog in training) and our little puppies. A fab day to end the year 🥰🦮

Becoming an assistance dog at Dogs for the Disabled is a journey. Each one of our puppies is specially bred for their role. Throughout their puppyhood and training they are given the freedom to grow and learn to ultimately become the best version of themselves. A happy, self assured and skilled dog. To become a great assistance dog they first must first have had a great life filled with joy, love and adventure. We are so proud of each and every one of our dogs 💜

So far 2026 has been an exceptionally busy yet hugely productive year with our largest number of new partnerships ever produced. Everything we do involves huge amounts of work because we believe in the best, the very best for our puppies and dogs and we provide bespoke one on one training and support for each of our partnerships. We haven’t chosen an easy path as we are always learning, every dogs has to be trained to meet the unique needs of their new partner. All this requires thinking outside the box and a highly skilled and flexible team that are fully committed to creating world class assistance dog partnerships. YOUR SUPPORT MAKES IT ALL POSSIBLE “ THANK YOU “ 💜
