We’re delighted to announce that Maddison Dilloway was selected as the winner of the Severn Arts Creative Entrepreneur Award! ✨
The award supports emerging artists as they move from university into independent creative practice, helping them build the skills, confidence, and networks, to shape their creative future.
Speaking about receiving the award, Maddison shared:
“Receiving this award holds a lot of significance for me. As artists, I think we often grapple with doubting our work. However, being chosen by amazing working creatives based on my showcased pieces and proposal, acts as a validation of my practice, and its place within the creative professional world.
As an artist working with unconventional themes, I find it challenging to visualise my work functioning in real world briefs. So, I am very excited for the opportunity to explore different avenues and adapting my discipline, with the support of Severn Arts.”
