It’s pickleball evening!

04/11/2026

Gathering this Wednesday 4th November, 10.30am–12.00pm at Dennington Village Hall.

As we move deeper into autumn, our theme this week is Going Within — Surrender, Release & Restore.

We’ll explore how we can slow down, turn our attention inward and reconnect with our own needs, energy and natural rhythms. Through gentle Qi Gong, breathwork, meditation and stillness, we’ll create space to listen to our inner voice, soften, surrender and release what we no longer need.

Surrendering to our needs is a hard thing to connect to and something which our external noise often blocks out and does not encourage . Our own belief systems and stories we tell ourselves often do not support self care or connection , but I truly believe this internal dialogue is key to healthier mind, bodies and souls . Also enabling us to support those around us from a place of inner strength .

As nature moves into a season of rest and repair, perhaps we can allow ourselves the same kindness — finding the quiet wisdom and gold within the stillness. Go to our core , our solar plexus the centre of our being and harness the magic within .

Please bring a yoga mat, water and a blanket. A £5 donation to the village hall is welcome.

No experience needed, just an open mind, an open heart and curiosity.
