🫶This wonderful class starts tomorrow at Hour Place run by the lovely Rebecca. If you are a mum, dad or carer of a baby or toddler (suitable for babies from 4 weeks to walking) interested in joining Rebecca for either this class or any classes in the future do get in touch with her.

We are delighted that our home, 'Hour Place' is the location for this Stay Well Information and Support Hub (SWISH) event on 18th March. We encourage local residents to pop along and learn more about local services offering support for your wellbeing! It's what Hour Place is all about!

🎉 We’re open! Hour Place is ready to welcome you. 🎉

We’re so happy to share that Hour Place — Framlingham’s new community wellbeing hub — is now open.

To celebrate this milestone, we’re holding an Open Day and everyone is warmly invited:

🗓️ Sunday 1st March
🕙 10:00am – 2:00pm
☕ Drop in anytime for a cuppa and a natter, have a look around, explore the facilities, and soak up the community spirit.

✅ What a year it’s been for Hour Community 🫶

As we reflect on the past 12 months, we’re incredibly proud of the support we’ve been able to offer local community members — and deeply grateful to everyone who has walked alongside us to make it happen.

Thanks to the generosity and encouragement of our supporters, volunteers, funders and partners, awareness of who we are and what we do has continued to grow.

One of the biggest milestones of the year is that we’re thrilled to announce the renovation of Hour Place is nearly complete. Through generous donations and grant funding, this vision has become a reality, and from 2nd January the charity will officially be based in its new home on Fairfield Road 🏠✨

We’re looking ahead with real excitement to opening the doors of Hour Place to the public in early February, but in the meantime, if you’d like to come and see us, please do — we’d love to welcome you in and give you a glimpse of what will soon be the town’s new Health and Wellbeing Hub.

We celebrated another wonderful Christmas Lunch at the Crown Hotel this year. A huge thank you to all the amazing staff at the Crown, Clarke and Simpson for their generous presents, Roger Tripp for the bar drinks and the Crown's wine merchant for the wine! And not forgetting all of our super volunteers who gave up their Christmas Day to help. A great time was had by all and we hugely appreciate all the support the event receives every year.

It’s been a truly fabulous year – with even more to share in posts coming soon. Hour Place is so close to opening its doors, and throughout the year we’ve continued to support our community in so many different ways. Awareness of who we are and what we do is growing, and none of this would be possible without the incredible time, energy and generosity of our volunteers and donors.

We can't wait for this Framlingham Square Chair!

Santa is coming to Framlingham TODAY (Tuesday 16th)!

The Framlingham Square Chair team will join Santa for his tour around town starting from 5:30pm on the Market Hill.
