Dear members, friends and supporters of MFA,

I hope you and yours are doing well. Just letting you know our Events in -

OCTOBER 2026;

1. On Tuesday, 6th October 2026 - “Celebrate National Hate Crime Awareness Week 2026”

Guests Speakers: We will be joined by our Guest speakers from SARI (Stand against Tacisism and Inequality). Also Darren Bannerman ASP and Inspector Lee from the police will be joined us as well.

Venue : The Event will take place at the Learning Space/Educational Room at Weston Museum.

Our session will run from 12.30pm till 2.30pm

Attachement : details of our Programme. We would be very grateful if you could help to promote this Event. Thank you. 🙏

2. Tuesday, 20th October 2026. “Fun Bingo” led by Ray Armstrong. 12.30 to 14.30, in the learning space/Educational Room. Suggested donation of £ 1.50 per person if taking part.

Any donations of prizes would be very welcome.

Refreshments provided by Clara’s cafe.

NOTE ;

The Weston Rotary Club Christmas Fair will soon be upon us. The MFA will have a stall, so we would be very grateful if you could donate any small, medium or large hampers for us to sell on our tables to raise money for the group. We would welcome any kind of Christmas hampers such as dog food/cat food, treats, toys for pets, any chocolates; teas & biscuits; coffee & biscuits; children’s toys, books, soap, cleaning stuff, different kinds of biscuits; or anything you feel you want to surprise us with.

AUGUST 2026

1. Tuesday, 11th August 2026 “Our second Heritage Craft Workshop - this time on Mosaics” led by Jane Hill. 12.30 till 14.30 in the Learning Space, Weston Museum. Suggested donation of £ 2.50/participant to MFA. Spaces are limited (25 Spaces only) and a few Spaces left. Children aged 9 years upwards can take part.

Refreshments and light lunch will be provided by Clara’s cafe.

2. Tuesday, 25th August 2026. “MFA Mini Family Fun Day” 12pm until 15.00pm.
