A voluntary litter picking group based in Weston super Mare on the hunt for litter and a solution! 🏖

Joanne Halliday has started the week off SUPERbly! 🙌🏼🚯

"Took yesterdays litterpick to the marina today to put in the orange lidded skips so that's sorted. Had an extra bag and did a litterpick enroute back home. Went along the main road to gordano school up the hill next o it and picked up a fare amount. Lots of glass bottles. My plan is, to sort the glass and paper for the binmen, and take the plastics and tins to the marina. It's easier and less "brain stress" to do it myself."

Thanks, Joanne Halliday ! You are a SUPER 🙌🏼🚯

"Out today I took all my recycling in bags to the orange lid skips on the marina, on route back picked up bits, obviously. Got to a carpark by the high street and next to an empty building in their driveway was a mass of rubbish. I know I'm not meant to wander around private property, but that buildings been closed a while, it's right by a bus stop and.... Wellllll.... I couldn't pass by. I climbed over the wall, and cleared the broken bottles, and everything else. People were thanking me, so that was nice. I filled one bag, went home and got another one to finish the job. I put the broken glass in the asda bag. I've noticed the pic I took of the glass is blurred. Sorry bout that."
