✨ Meet the Team – Julie Dyos ✨
This week we're introducing Julie Dyos, our Quality, Risk & Compliance Manager.
Julie plays a vital role behind the scenes, helping to ensure Family Gateway is a safe, well-governed and compliant organisation. She oversees quality, risk and compliance, making sure we meet our legal and regulatory responsibilities while creating strong foundations for our future growth.
Her role is all about giving the organisation the confidence to move forward. From reviewing policies and procedures to monitoring risk and ensuring best practice, Julie helps make sure we're doing things the right way so we can continue delivering high-quality support to our community.
Julie also brings valuable operational experience to the role, having previously been our Hub Manager. This means she understands not only the importance of governance and compliance, but also the realities of frontline community work and what our teams need to succeed.
Her attention to detail, knowledge and calm, practical approach help protect both our organisation and the people we support, ensuring we can continue making a difference for years to come.
