Thanks to those that came to our Recovery Community drop in yesterday, it was great to see you all. Stories were shared on how to keep busy, the importance of understanding what may trigger you and the reality off what has to be changed in our lives to sustain recovery. It is heart warming to see the people that were there took so much from each others stories and ideas.

Making the first step is big we know that 😊
