Today at the 306th Bombardment Group Museum we hosted the family of Guido Di Pietro who was a Ball Turret gunner of the 423rd BS, he reported to Station 111 on the 1st Aug 1943 and then on a mission to Stuttgart 6th Sept 1943 was MIA this lead to being interned in Switzerland. An enjoyable morning had by all.

Today at the 306th Bombardment Group Museum we welcomed the family of John J Polich who reported to Station 111 on the 13th April 1944, he was part of the 368th BS as a Bombardier and was part of Elton Rabes crew. He completed his missions and returned home.

Today (2nd Aug) the 306th Bombardment Group Museum will be open from 10:00-16:00 with Free Entry. You can combine your visit by also visiting the Twinwood Aviation Museum which is located near us.
