We are delighted to welcome Total Wellbeing Luton to our Carers Community Hub at Hope Church for free mini health checks and wellbeing advice. Total Wellbeing Luton provides free support to help Luton's residents improve their physical and emotional wellbeing.

Sound familiar?

Many people don't think of themselves as a Carer because caring can feel like something you simply do for someone you love.
But if you regularly provide unpaid help or support to someone because of their age, illness, disability, mental health or other needs, you may be a Carer.

You could be a Young Carer, Young Adult Carer or Adult Carer. You might care for a parent, partner, child, friend or another family member. You may even provide care from a distance.
You don't have to identify as a Carer to deserve support.

🎉 A huge thank you to Dave 🎉

We would like to say a heartfelt thank you to Dave, who chose to celebrate his incredible 90th birthday in a truly generous way - by raising vital funds for Carers in Bedfordshire. 💚

Thanks to the kindness of Dave and everyone who attended his celebration, an amazing £855 was raised to support unpaid Carers in our community. These funds will make a real difference, helping us continue to provide support, connection and vital services to those who need it most.

Dave, your generosity and thoughtfulness are inspiring, and we are so grateful for your support.
