A few more moments from our Staff Awards 2026 💜

As we look back through the photographs from this year's Staff Awards, we're reminded just how special the afternoon was.

It was a wonderful opportunity to bring colleagues together from across our homes and Support Office to celebrate the people who make a difference every day through their kindness, dedication and teamwork. The event took place at Taunton Racecourse as part of the Amica Care Staff Awards 2026.

These photos capture some of the conversations, celebrations and moments that made the day so memorable.

A special thank you to The Bath Magician - Grant Maidment and Chantelle Chloe Sings for helping create such a fantastic atmosphere throughout the afternoon.

The keys are in our hands. 🔑💙

We are so excited to share that Amica Care now has the keys to Greenlands Meadow! This is a huge milestone for us, and one we’ve been working towards for a long time.

The finishing touches are now going in, and it’s wonderful to see the home come to life. Every detail matters when you’re creating somewhere people will call home, and our team has put so much care, thought and effort into getting it right.

To everyone who has played a part in getting us here, thank you. We couldn’t be prouder of this team, and we’re so happy to be sharing this moment with you.

There’s so much more to come, so watch this space. ✨

At Amica Care Trust, we're looking for a Finance Trustee to bring financial expertise, insight, and constructive challenge to our organisation.

And just to be clear, this isn't about replacing our Finance Director.

Our Finance Director leads our financial function. As a Trustee, your role would be to provide independent oversight, ask the right questions, and bring your perspective to Board discussions and decisions that help shape our charity.

Our Chair, Grahame, puts it beautifully:

“Being a Trustee allows us to build strong friendships within a wider team, explore the workings of a multi-million-pound-a-year charity whilst developing skills as a valued Board member.”
You don't need previous Trustee experience.

You may simply be someone who has spent years working with numbers, strategy, and business decision-making, and now wants to use that experience to make a difference.
