Update on the Poppy Appeal Taunton Launch tomorrow.
Due to the weather forecast for Saturday 24th October we have had to stand down our exhibits for this year launch.
The fantastic Shire Horse, lecture, won’t be with us. Also the great RBL Riders will also be missed. We apologise to everyone that was looking forward to seeing our friends but given the current weather conditions we are sure you will understand.

All being well we will still have our Mayor there to official open this years launch, this to begin at 1050 hrs. Also our fantastic Sea and Marine Cadets will be with us. Our Poppy Shed will be open for all of your remembrance items.
This cut down programme is still dependent on the weather conditions.

Thank you

Taunton has its own launch in the town centre which is on the 24th October. Pop in to see us and even get to meet Miss Poppy!!
Tickets are selling fast for the Talk in the Castle Hotel “White ship - Red crosses” on the 4th November. If you are interested in this presentation please come and see us in the Poppy Shed opposite the Edinburgh Wollen Mill from the 22nd October.
