📢 Important Festival Update - Please Read

The new syllabus is now available on our website. Please take the time to read it carefully, as there are several important changes this year.

✅ We will be moving to an online music upload system, which will require a Google sign-in to submit music.

📅 Entries will open on Saturday 9 January and classes are expected to fill very quickly, so we encourage you to enter as soon as possible.

⚠️ Please ensure that the child's name is entered exactly the same on both the online entry system and the music submission form. Any amendments required after submission will incur an administration fee.

⏰ Late entries will be accepted subject to availability but will incur an additional charge.

📝 Once a class has reached capacity, an online waiting list will be available. Waiting list applications can only be made through the website.

We look forward to welcoming you and wish everyone the very best with their preparations! 💃🕺✨

We are receiving a high volume of requests for dancers to perform last in their class. While we will always do our best to support individual needs, it isn’t always possible to accommodate these requests due to the sheer number we are receiving. What may seem like a small adjustment has a significant knock‑on effect for our volunteers, who work hard to keep classes running smoothly and on time.

The programme has been available since 9th March, and any amendments should ideally have been made before printing. Although we appreciate that the AE timetable was not released until April, changes could still have been submitted earlier than now.

Thank you for your understanding as we work to balance fairness, logistics, and the wellbeing of our volunteer team.
