Christmas fair with special guest, Santa Claus getting the Christmas spirit, stalls raffle, gifts, home-made cakes, books something for all the family

Every Thursday we meet for an exercise class, either TAI CHI, SINGING, YOGA, OR A SEATED EXERCISE CLASS. Starts at 2pm and finishes at 3pm. Afterwards there’s a chance to catch up with friends with a coffee/tea and a cake or two. This group is for people with Parkinson’s their carer or a family member who accompanies them.
