Remember, remember the 11th of November...! Its when we open our doors to welcome in new friends with a cuppa and some favourite shows! We're looking forward to sharing our Home with you but spaces are limited which means reservations are required, so please give our friends at Stirling4Community a shout!

This wonderful, repeating community event is possible thanks to the help and support of Re-engage and , two charities working tirelessly to create life enhancing social connections. Stirling4Community are a local charity open to people of all ages, Re-engage is a UK wide charity supporting older adults of 75 years and over. Both are valued supporters of William Simpsons Care Home and we are delighted to be hosting this exciting new venture!

Incredible opportunity to run our well established, vibrant Residents' Cafe within William Simpsons Care Home. We are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills who enjoys helping others get the best from their day. You'll be opening our inhouse cafe, greeting and chatting with residents as you provide a wide range of hot and cold refreshments, whipping up a little low calorie treat and providing toasties, sandwiches and panini in our 'Light Bites' lunch offering for residents. You will keep all necessary and essential records and will undertake ordering and stock rotation. Attendance at the cafe can vary from just a few to up to 30 residents, but you will provide the same sparkling service no matter the numbers!
