πŸ”₯πŸ’™ National BBQ Week

BBQs are a great way to bring people together, enjoy good food and spend time outdoors, and that all plays a part in supporting our wellbeing.

You might have heard that burnt food can increase cancer risk, and while there is some truth behind this, it’s all about balance and understanding the bigger picture.

πŸ’¬ It’s not about avoiding BBQs altogether, it’s about simple steps like:
🌽 Not over-charring food
πŸ— Turning food regularly
πŸ₯— Adding plenty of veg and fresh sides

πŸ’™ What matters most is what we do consistently over time, not the occasional overdone sausage.

And let’s not forget, time spent outdoors, sharing food and laughter with others can be just as important for our health too.

πŸ‘‰ You can read more in this helpful, easy-to-understand article:

πŸ’™ Enjoy the BBQ, just maybe not the charcoal.
