South Bucks Riding for the Disabled (SBRDA) is looking forward to hosting a “tea and tour” event as part of the Chalfont St Peter Fringe Festival.

Date: Thursday 18 June 2026
Time: 2-4pm
Location: South Bucks RDA, Framewood Road, Fulmer, Buckinghamshire, SL2 4QR. what3words ///delay.news.garden

The visit will include:

* A tour of SBRDA facilities including our indoor arena and stables (located in Fulmer, Buckinghamshire)
* A chance to meet the ponies
* A short talk from centre manager Lizzie Ragg who will share a little of the magic of our work
* Tea and cake in the Redfern Room
* This is a free event - any donations on the day will be most welcome

Our wonderful fundraising team enjoyed the Rotary Club of Burnham Beeches ‘Almost the Donkey Derby’ on Saturday.

Our gorgeous Rosie 🐴 loved meeting lots of new friends and some familiar faces.

These events help us raise much needed funds that support the running of South Bucks RDA.

Thank you to the staff and volunteers for helping on the day. We couldn’t do it without you 👏🏼 ☀️ 😃

Congratulations to our Group administrator Jane Carmichael and Tony Newman who gained reserve cob champion at Royal Windsor Horse Show last week with London Total Temptress and her beautiful filly foal Starcrest Totally Delectable.

Jane and Tony said they were really pleased with the performance and that the foal behaved impeccably and wasn't fazed by anything.

Our rider Katie Cunningham had the pleasure of meeting Martin Clunes at Royal Windsor Horse Show last week. Katie said he was a lovely man, and very easy to talk to. What a fab picture!

A reminder Sunday 17th May, there will be no riding at South Bucks RDA as several of our riders and ponies will be heading off to Berkshire College of Agriculture for the South Region RDA qualifiers.
Spectators are welcome the show will be held in the morning from 9:45.
