Careers Springboard is a volunteer-led organisation offering free career support to professionals across the UK navigating job search, career change and redundancy.

We currently have the following voluntary roles available:
Secretary to the Executive Committee
Work closely with senior leaders and Trustees in a trusted, influential support role. 2-3 hours per week, mostly remote and flexible.

Zoom Host for Monday Meetings
Be the friendly face behind our virtual meetings. Full training provided. Only 2-3 evenings per term.

Admin Support Volunteer
Perfect for anyone looking to gain hands-on experience and boost employability. All experience levels welcome. Training provided.

Weekly Newsletter Team Volunteer
Love writing, design or digital creativity? A keen eye for detail and a willingness to learn are all you need. No experience necessary. Training provided.

CV Advisor
Help job seekers create a CV that maximises their chances of securing an interview. A rewarding role that makes a real difference.
