For those coming to our parkrun, please note this request from FE to ensure you display a blue badge if you park in one of the accessible spaces.

We would kindly ask that when parking at Haughmond Hill that the all access parking spaces are only used by those visitors with a Blue Badge.

T H A N K S A M I L L I O N

The millionth parkrun happened today and we were very proud to celebrate it.

Thank you to all the volunteers who made today very uneventful (just as it should be!) and to everyone who took part.

👍👍 THANKS A MILLION

Tomorrow we are celebrating one million parkruns at Haughmond Hill!

I have ordered some lovely weather as well and the visibility from the viewpoint is meant to be great with our views over the Shrosphire Hills.

So all in all it's going to be a lovely morning.

Just a few things to remind you off -
- Please don't park on the road or in a disabled space without a blue badge.
- The cafe is fabulous so please stay around and have a coffee.
- Thank all the volunteers.
- Don't forget your barcode!
- Listen to the Run Director brief.
- There might be some midges about so if you do get bitten it might be worth using some insect spray or covering up.

🤷‍♀️ LOST PROPERTY

We have a few items of lost property which need to be collected, if they are yours please let us know.

We don’t have much storage space and they are now taking up a lot of room in the run director bag, therefore if they aren’t claimed by the end of the month they will be donated to charity.

We have availability for Duke of Edinburgh students to complete their Volunteering section with us on a Saturday morning, from 8.30 a.m., with an immediate start. If you know of any young person who is looking for a placement please email [email protected]

A slightly damp morning but the worst of the rain held off! Many thanks to all who came for a slightly busier than initially thought event #37.
We had tourists from Stockport, London, Worcester among other places. Thank you for joining us.
An incident free day and results have been processed with the minimum of fuss.
We did have 2 jackets left which will be brought back next week. If you think they are yours either let us know or come back next week if you’re able.
A kind reminder from the cafe. They have 2 designated parking spots which are signposted. Please do not park in those car park spaces as they are for the cafe specifically. There is ample parking within the rest of the site. Many thanks

Hello everyone! It’s parkrun-eve and we are good to go tomorrow but have had a barcode scanner have to drop out due to illness.
Would anyone like to barcode scan - this can be done if you are a quick runner (23 mins or less). Please get in touch if you would like to help out
