It was a lovely day for running / jogging / walking this morning🏃🏾‍♂️

Well done to all the 157 youngsters who attended today 👏🏽

A huge thank you 🙏🏽 to all our amazing volunteers & those parents who bought along some treats 🍬 👏

Congratulations to our milestone wristband recipients today 🎉

‼️Remember you are eligible for your milestone wrist bands once you have completed 10, 25, 50, 75, 100, 150 and 250 runs 🏃🏾‍♂️

Remember next Sunday 8th of Nov is our 💯 event 🎉 Fancy dress & costumes encouraged. Cakes 🍰 and treats for all finishers. We hope to have a photographer 📷 as well. Please feel free to bring along some treats for the table.

Congratulations to the 75 brave runners and their supporters who took on the challenge of the weather, the wind wasn't a issue at all, just wet!

Although some of the faster runners loved the quieter course and were able to go for it, 13 set new PB's, well done.

Although we didn't have any new to parkrun first timers we were joined by 6 visiting runners who we hope enjoyed their visit today.

Congratulations to Joshua, Arthur and Isaac who were presented with their wristbands today.

Sorry no statistics sheet today as the site is down but at least we have results!

A special thank you to our volunteers for supporting us in the grim conditions.

18 October 2926 - event #97

It was a beautiful sunny but cold morning at Millhouses junior parkrun, where 203 you ran. Congratulations if you got a PB this morning 👏.

Welcome to all of you who are new to parkrun (or Millhouses), we hope you enjoyed it and we see you again soon.

There were a few milestone wristbands given out:
25 runs - Esme and James
10 runs - Joseph, Seth, Seth and Amelia
Congratulations and remember once you have reached a milestone then let the Run Director know and we can give you your wristband.

Thank you to the 34 hi-vis heroes, we can't run the event without you. If you can help then please get in touch ([email protected]), don't worry if you have never done it before it is easy and we will explain everything.

A reminder to parents- we are a busy parkrun so if you are running with your child either start at the back of the start funnel or even better join them when they reach the gym equipment. Also, please remember no parents in the finish funnel (it makes life very difficult for the timekeepers). Thank you.

Finally, please let us know if you need a photo removing.
