Sheffield Branch of Parkinson’s UK
We are a friendly bunch of people who strongly believe that doing something positive for yourself is good for the body and soul. We organise or support varied events over the course of the year that make this possible, whether being physically active at an exercise class, walking with friends in some of the local Sheffield parks, attending a monthly meeting for anyone affected by Parkinson’s to learn something new (not always related to parkinson’s, but historical and general educational talks too) plus chat to others, or going to meet them at the annual cream tea or Christmas dinner.
