Memory Box

Memory Box Our aim is to see the PL12 area become a place that is Dementia Friendly and this promotes living well.

We are a group of people from all different walks of life; some living with Dementia, some carers, all of whom have been affected by this disease in one way or another. Our aim is to see the PL12 area become a place that is Dementia Friendly and this promotes living well with this disease is possible. To do this we need to get people involved by highlighting the needs of those affected and finding ways of helping and supporting them.

This week is Volunteers week and we would like to say a massive thank you to all of our Volunteers without whom Memory Box would not exist.

They all give time, effort, donations and enormous joy and happiness to our service users. They often go above and beyond to help provide the services we do.

They really are priceless

We would like to pass on a massive thank you to Councillor Rachel Bullock who raised just over Β£1820 for us during her year as Mayor of Saltash.

Our activities cost over Β£6,500 per year to run and we rely on donations, funding bids and fundraising so we are extremely grateful for this donation which will make such a difference to our service users.

We would also like to thank her for all her support over the year and for attending our big events.
