Landlords in England can no longer issue a Section 21 notice. But what if you received one before 1 May 2026?

First, check if it's valid. 🔍

If it is, your landlord will need to apply to start the court process by the end of July 2026. This must also be within 6 months of giving you the section 21 notice.
