As another comes to a close, we celebrate and thank not only our own loyal and hard working team of volunteers but also the many volunteers who run vital services in local communities week in week out.

These are the people who make things happen by collecting surplus & donated supplies from our Hellaby warehouse each week and then distribute to local deprived communities via our community project network.

We would like to send a heartfelt thank you to Food Aware CIC for continued support with another donation to our Foodbank and Community Pantry. Your continued support helps us provide essential food and supplies to individuals and families in our community who need it most. We truly couldn’t do this without partners like you.

A big thank you as well to the amazing gang from The Ridge Employability College for collecting the donation and the smiles we see as it’s delivered to us . You guys always bring sunshine to our day 😁

We have another busy day today at Manor Court Community Centre with Royston Friends Association.

Royston Good Food Pantry is open this morning from 10.00am–11.30am and is available to all Royston residents.

Thanks to the generous support of Food Aware CIC, Royston Co-op, FareShare and Barnsley Council there is a great selection of food and personal care items available.

We’re also offering a Warm Welcome Space with free hot drinks and snacks, so feel free to pop in and say hello ☕ 🥯

Then this afternoon, from 1.30pm–3.00pm, join us for our Adult’s Mindful Colouring session. Spend a lovely, relaxing afternoon colouring a pretty greetings card.

We’d love to see you there 💛

We cannot do what we do and supporting over 4,000 each week via over 140 community partners with surplus food & other essential supplies across Yorkshire & Humber without our loyal and hardworking team of volunteers 🙏❤️

Thank you to each and every one of our volunteers!

And a huge thanks to all of our donors, funders, community partners, sponsors & supporters. We cannot do what we do to help others less fortunate without this ongoing support.
