The Private Property Market is Failing South Yorkshire.
Right now, properties in our communities are being bought up for private gain, pricing local people out of their own neighborhoods. Compounded by wider UK housing pressures, everyday people are being left behind.
We are not a charity begging for donations. We are UK Housing Club CIC—a legal collective. Under our strict statutory Asset Lock, 100% of our funds are legally trapped inside the company to benefit the community. No corporate shareholders, no private payouts.
