There’s no deadline for feeling better.

Everyone’s journey is different, and finding your way forward can take time. Be patient with yourself, take things one step at a time, and remember that reaching out for support is always an option.

If you’re struggling, you don’t have to face it alone.

As World Mental Health Day comes to a close, we want to leave you with one important reminder.

Struggling looks different for everyone.

It isn't always obvious when someone is finding things difficult. Sometimes it's withdrawing from friends, feeling more tired than usual, losing interest in things you once enjoyed or simply not feeling like yourself.

And sometimes, it's putting on a smile and carrying on as normal, even when things feel tough.

Whatever you're going through, you don't have to wait until things get worse to ask for support.

World Mental Health Day might be coming to an end, but the conversations, kindness and support shouldn't stop here.

We're here for you, today and every day. 💙

Find out how we can support you at https://www.rbmind.co.uk/

Mental health looks different for everyone. And so does looking after it.

What helps one person might not work for someone else, and that's okay.

For some, it's getting outside for a walk or spending time with friends. For others, it's having a quiet evening, getting enough sleep or simply finding a moment to switch off.

Looking after your mental health doesn't have to mean making big changes. Sometimes, it's the little things we do every day that make the biggest difference.

This World Mental Health Day, we're sharing five simple ways to look after your mental health. Because there's no right or wrong way to take care of yourself.

What works for you? 💙

Sometimes, the right words can make all the difference💙

This World Mental Health Day, we're sharing a powerful poem brought to life through film by Stuart Turner at LensGo Visual Media.

A reminder of why talking about mental health matters, why we should look out for one another and why nobody should feel they have to face difficult times alone.

Thank you to Stuart for using his creativity to help keep these important conversations going.

Take a few minutes to watch, reflect and share. You never know who might need to hear these words today. 💙

Mental health looks different for everyone. And so does looking after it.💙

Today is World Mental Health Day, a reminder that we all have mental health, and looking after it isn't a one-size-fits-all approach.

What works for one person might not work for another, and that's okay.

Throughout today, we'll be sharing some simple tips and reminders to help you look after your mental health, in ways that work for you.

Because looking after our mental health matters, not just today, but every day. 💙
