It's wonderful to hear the impact Marrick Priory has had on our young visitors from bygone years! 8 ladies from St Eloys Church Fellowship in Great Smeaton visited us yesterday and spoke of how a daughter remembered our night line ( she is now in her 40s)
and a granddaughter (now in her late teens) sang a song she learnt when visiting the priory with primary school at her grandfather's funeral - such beautiful memories created in our beautiful place - do you have any to share?

What a lovely surprise to receive a thank you letter and card from St Oswalds C of E Primary School! So great to hear of children overcoming fears and homesickness, enjoying the food and having lots of fun with the instructors!!
I think my favourite comment is “I’d had an image in my head. Marrick Priory is a religious creepy Priory - Boy was I wrong! “
