🌸 What a lovely evening together! 🌸

Sometimes the best moments are the simplest ones sitting around the same table, sharing food, talking, laughing and simply enjoying each other’s company. 💕

Our Women’s Gathering – End of Summer Celebration was exactly that. A relaxed evening with space for conversation, creativity, music, laughter and lots of little moments that brought us together. ✨

Thank you to every woman who joined us, brought something to share and helped create such a warm atmosphere❤️

Women's Gathering Love Growth Network CIC.

Stress, emotions, the body and the nervous system this was the heart of our latest Creative women’s workshop 🌿

Together, we created space to pause, reflect and reconnect with ourselves.

During the workshop we explored:
✨ what stress really is
✨ how it affects the body and nervous system
✨ stress hormones and the fight, flight and freeze responses
✨ how stress shows up in the body
✨ simple ways to support the body, emotions and nervous system
✨ breathing, reflection and gentle self-awareness practices

Each participant also received a beautiful Mini Stress Guide workbook, which created space for personal reflection, writing and taking practical tools home.

A heartfelt thank you to Wiktoria .se.ra for preparing and leading this thoughtful and meaningful workshop 💚
Thank you for guiding us with such care, knowledge and sensitivity.

And thank you to all the wonderful women who joined us and co-created such a warm, open and supportive atmosphere.

Sometimes the first step back to balance is simply to pause and listen to your body🌿
