Night sail round Bramble on Quartette. Day 1 of CC and DS . Get the night hours in before the storm hits. Even so, over 6 knots.

First class food. All get a tick on victualling part of the syllabus. High bar to get over from now.

Day 2 of a 5 day CC and DS course. Big blow, f7 but Quartette handles it well. On our way to Portsmouth to avoid the incoming storm. Great crew as usual.

How many heads does a 40ft cruising boat want or need?
Just one: can be inconvenient
Three: You must be drinking too much b**r! And even on a 40 footer that takes up too much space
Two: Just right, and that’s what our new boat Bugsy has, both with showers and one with a hanging space for wet oillies.
We sail mostly in UK waters or similar so dripping space for when you get rain or spray on the waterproofs is essential.

Introducing Bugsy our new boat. Isn't she gorgeous?

For the summer we are a 3 club boat because we have bought a fresh boat.
RelaX is sailing in South Brittany right now, and Quartette and Bugsy are available to sail in the Solent.
In July Quartette will head off to the West Country.

As a club we are still accepting new members so if what we do appeals to you then browse our web site and contact us.

Great sail from Haslar to Poole and back via Beaulieu and Cowes. 3 days club sail packed at the end of a two day radar course. Great fun, great crew and good boat. 👍 what's not to like ?

Our summer cruise to South Brittany is well underway. We often share photos of our sails on the club WhatsApp group. Here are some of the many glorious photos of RelaX in South Brittany. She is now returning to Brest for a crew changeover.

Relax sets off for South Brittany this Friday and she goes via Channels Isles, the North Brittany coast, a pause around Brest then down to just north of the Loire river.
A lovely sailing area.
