This Volunteers' Week, we'd like to say a huge thank you to our incredible Shopmobility volunteers and Community Car Drivers.

Every day, our volunteers give their time, energy, kindness and dedication to help people stay connected, independent and active within our city. Providing a friendly welcome and support through our Shopmobility service or helping residents get to essential appointments and activities through Community Cars, their contribution makes a real difference to people's lives.

Their commitment helps ensure that Plymouth remains a more accessible, inclusive and welcoming city for everyone!

We are incredibly grateful for everything they do. Thank you for your time, your generosity and your unwavering support of the people we serve. We couldn't do any of it without you!

North and West Weekly Shopping Trips with Access Plymouth

Looking for a friendly and convenient way to get shopping done? Access Plymouth is running door-to-door weekly shopping trips across the North & West areas during term time (1 June – 24 July).

🛒 Destinations include:
• City Centre
• Transit Way
• Friary Retail Park
• Marsh Mills
• Derriford Retail
• Garden Centres and more!

✅ Friendly local service
✅ Door-to-door transport
✅ Great for concessionary bus pass holders

📅 Pick-up from around 10:00am
